Even though I was achy from frisbee last night, and having a hectic day at work, I laced up my runners for my usual lunch run of 2.5 miles plus an extra 0.5 miles. A lucky combination of a half marathon, marathon and a 6.2 mile run from last weekend meant a 3 mile run today would bring my total milage to 600 miles for the year. While the run didn’t feel the best I was ok with it because I got my miles done!
This month has marked a return to running after a rather lazy June and I’m excited to keep the momentum going. I’m hoping to beat last year’s milage and so far I’m well on my way!
