Running and Fitness

Since I started running again I’ve completed two marathons and three half-marathons. Recently I bought a road bike and have taken up riding and triathlon – my big fitness goal for 2014 is an olympic distance triathlon. I love running down by the river and I always have Patches to motivate me when I don’t feel like lacing up my shoes and hitting the trails.
